About the Role
At Red River Brewpub we strive to provide consistent, quality products and services to be enjoyed by all. As a Line Cook at the Brewpub you are at the forefront of ensuring that quality every time. We are looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to join our kitchen team at our brand new East Bank location opening this fall. With a new and improved menu, it is important that our line cooks have a high attention to detail to ensure consistency from day one!
Requirements
-ServSafe Food Handlers License
-At least 16 years of age
-Ability to lift up to 75lbs
-Ability to stand for long periods
-Availability for nights and weekends

-Ability to work with the rest of the kitchen staff as a team
Job duties
Job Duties:
-Set up assigned stations and ensure kitchen is properly stocked for service
-Prep food items daily such as produce, proteins, etc.
-Prepare menu items by frying, grilling, sauteing, or other methods specified to each menu item
-Maintain cleanliness of station as well as entire kitchen
-Comply with food safety protocols by proper food handling and correct storage
-Clean and sanitize cooking stations at the end of shift
-Keeping up with prep and food storage logs
-Ability to open and close the kitchen
